The Role
We're looking for an Executive Assistant who will be the operational backbone for the founders and team. You'll help us stay organized, keep projects moving, and create clarity across everything from product to marketing. If you love building structure, enjoy juggling multiple hats, and want to be part of a gaming-focused company, you’ll fit right in.


What You'll Own:
Make Chaos Organized
- Manage founder calendars, inboxes, and task lists
- Organize SOPs, meeting notes, and internal documentation
- Track KPIs & deliver regular reports

Support the Product & Dev Workflow
- Manage internal tickets and dev roadmap views
- Keep non-technical founders in the loop
- Review server node capacity (don’t worry, we’ll train you)

Marketing Ops
- Help research products, competitors, and trends
- Track ads & campaign performance
- Draft blog, knowledge base, and social content
- Coordinate influencer outreach & affiliate programs

Team & Community Support
- Support internal surveys, retreat planning, and team ops
- QA customer support quality
- Draft internal updates & help prepare monthly team videos

Founder Life Support
- Coordinate travel, bookings, occasional gifts, and reminders


About You
- Organized by default
- Comfortable wearing many hats
- Strong communicator (written + verbal)
- Knows when to take initiative without waiting for instructions
- Honest, reliable, and discreet with sensitive information
- Gamer mindset: solve problems, have fun doing it


Bonus XP
- You play or understand Minecraft (Java + Bedrock)
- Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, Upgrade to see actual info, AHREFS
- Startup or founder-team experience is a plus
- Project management nerds are welcome
