About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Operations Manager to support our CEO, a visionary leader with incredible talent but a penchant for disorganization. Your primary mission? To be the organizational anchor that empowers the CEO to focus on their strengths while mitigating their weaknesses. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in working alongside high-performing yet unstructured executives, providing the systems, focus, and accountability needed to elevate their impact.
Key Responsibilities:
>> Task Prioritization & Accountability
-Partner daily with the CEO and executive team to assess and prioritize high-impact tasks, ensuring clarity on what needs immediate attention.
-Act as the accountability partner for the CEO, following up on task progress and deadlines to maintain
>> Efficiency & Organization
-Design, implement, and manage organizational systems tailored to the CEO’s working style, ensuring no task or deadline slips through the cracks.
-Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline the CEO’s workflow and decision-making.
>> Strategic Support
-Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, enabling them to dedicate their time to the most impactful activities.
-Anticipate needs and provide resources, reminders, and support to keep the CEO’s focus on strategic initiatives.
>> Operational Excellence
-Leverage operational expertise to drive company projects and initiatives, taking ownership of critical tasks when needed.
-Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution of operational priorities, acting as a bridge between the CEO and other departments.
>> Meeting Management
-Coordinate and facilitate daily check-ins with the CEO and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, progress, and strategic goals.
-Prepare agendas, capture action items, and follow up to ensure deliverables are completed.

-Experience in operations management, project management, or a related field, with a history of driving successful outcomes.

-Clear and professional communicator, comfortable interfacing with executives, tea
