Responsibilities:
• Manage social media and communication with creators.
• Oversee e-commerce operations and optimization
• Handle executive tasks such as calendar management and meeting organization. Oversee general tasks and communications.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in administrative support or as an executive assistant.
• Strong background in social media management.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Notion.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts swiftly.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in growing with a startup and taking on diverse challenges.
• At least 3 years of experience in virtual assistance or content management, ideally within e-commerce.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.
