KastLite is a leading Ecommerce company specializing in high-quality lighting solutions. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and streamlining operations for an optimal shopping experience. To support our growing operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to assist with administrative tasks and daily operations. This is a full-time, remote position requiring a dedicated professional who can manage multiple responsibilities and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Weekend availability is required. Salary is $5 USD per hour with potential for rapid growth.

This role is 100% remote work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order Management: Place orders on various channels, updating order information and tracking details across multiple systems.
Customer Correspondence: Respond to customer inquiries via email and within ecommerce portals such as Seller Central.
Refund Processing: Handle and process customer refunds on channels such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center efficiently and correctly.
Administrative Support: Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to correspond professionally via email, WhatsApp, and Slack.
Detail-Oriented: Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ecommerce Experience: Prior experience in order management, customer service, or administrative support in an Ecommerce setting.
Availability: Must be available to work full-time (weekend shifts required) and maintain responsiveness during work hours.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Laptop/Computer (at least 8GB RAM)
Headset (with noise canceling microphone)
Fast & Reliable Internet Connection (At least 10 mbps)
WhatsApp, and Slack in a professional and timely manner.
