POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
(2) - Exec./Admin. Assistants
(Full-time or part-time)

POSITION LOCATION:
Manila (BGC), Philippines
(virtual assistant initially)

SALARY (monthly):
starting at $500 plus bonus

DUTIES:
- Administrative assistance with budgeting, research, fact-finding, surveying, etc.;
- Coordinating travel/transportation arrangements for executives/staff/clients;
- Clerical tasks such as phone calls, emailing, and scheduling on behalf of executives/staff;
- Provide translation and interpretation assistance when needed;
- Travel (internationally) with executives for meetings, conferences, and productions

REQUIREMENTS:
- over 21 years old;
- Bachelor’s or College Degree (any field) With or without experience;
- Proficient in MS Office and video conferencing;
- Great communication/people skills with commitment to integrity;
- Speak fluent Japanese (reading and writing Japanese is a plus but not required);
- Ability/Flexibility to regularly travel internationally (passport will be needed if hired);
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a passion for continual improvement;
- Well organized with the ability to multitask and handle various projects while adapting to unexpected variables;
- Experience in administrative and clerical task is an advantage;
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City when executives are in the country;
