Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)

About Us:

We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team and help us achieve our marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

Edit photos and videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
Write engaging vlogs, social media posts, and other content.
Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement.
Assist in the implementation of digital marketing strategies.
Stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively.
Be available during night shifts or when the Marketing Director is online.
Complete tasks in a timely manner and provide regular updates on progress.
Utilize tools such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Monday, ClickUp, Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite for various marketing tasks.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and contribute to creative projects.
Report directly to the Marketing Director and assist in completing pending projects.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines (SEO).
Monitor and analyze website traffic and digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, designing templates, and managing subscriber lists.
Coordinate with external vendors or agencies for specialized marketing tasks, such as graphic design, video production, or advertising campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and technology.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
Provide support for events, webinars, or other marketing initiatives as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
Help troubleshoot technical issues related to digital marketing tools or platforms and provide solutions or escalate to appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Contribute ideas for improving processes, workflows, and overall marketing strategy based on data analysis and insights.
Website building and design familiarity: Wordpress and/or Wix experience

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven proficiency in photo and video editing software, preferably Adobe Creative Suite.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and manage social media accounts effectively.
Experience in utilizing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and GoHighLevel.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday or ClickUp is advantageous.
Advanced knowledge and practical experience with Google Ads and/or Google SEO strategies.
Ability to conduct thorough keyword research, implement optimization tactics, and analyze performance metrics.
Availability to work during EST hours and a comfortable approach to scheduling.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Eagerness to expand knowledge and skills in digital marketing through ongoing learning and professional development.
Certifications in digital marketing platforms or technologies (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are highly desirable.
