Descript/podcast VA

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a highly skilled podcast VA to help me streamline and level up my podcast production. If you’re an experienced Descript pro (both audio & video editing) and fluent in Notion, this might be the perfect role for you!

What I Need Help With:

* Podcast Editing (solo & guest episodes) – handling audio & video, including multi-cam editing in Descript.
* Fixing common Descript issues, like my silence being recorded over my guest’s speaking.
* Managing around 4 guest episodes per month (If all goes well, I also do 4 single episodes per month that I might hand over)
* Podcast Management – scheduling episodes, sending guest reminders, providing questions before the interview, and sending thank-you notes after recording.

Must-Haves:

- Extensive Descript experience (not just basic editing—multi-cam is a must!).
- Fluent English (native speaker preferred).
- Notion expertise – my entire workflow is automated in there, so you need to be comfortable navigating and using it efficiently.
- Detail-oriented & proactive – I want someone who can not only edit but also help improve the process when needed. I am a former VA myself, and really love to work with someone who's taking ownership of their tasks and not just work on a 'tell me and I'll do it' basis.
- Flexible, hour-based work – Currently no fixed hours per month, just based on the workload. I estimated it at 3 hours per week.
