Position Type: Part-Time / Contract (Potential for Growth)

MVS Creative Media is looking for a highly organized and professional Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to support our growing client base.

Requirements:
Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Answer Phone Calls and Emails in English
Strong customer service experience.
Professional email communication skills.
Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
Experience using ---------- , CRMs, or similar business management software.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Be able to learn new programs
Ready to work everyday
Daily Zoom Calls
Administrative work for CEO

Preferred Qualifications:
Basic Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus.
Experience working with photography, media, or creative businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails and inquiries.
Assist clients with orders, questions, and support requests.
Manage projects and tasks within ---------- and CRM platforms.
Maintain accurate records and client communications.
Support day-to-day administrative operations.
