Creative Executive Assistant (With Strong Aesthetic Sense)

We’re on the hunt for a highly organized, creatively-minded Executive Assistant who’s got both brains and serious aesthetic game. You’ll help manage daily tasks, coordinate projects, organize chaos, respond to emails, and provide top-tier support all while understanding the vibe of a fast-moving creative studio that straddles the worlds of indie filmmaking and big productions.
This role is fully remote, but once in a while (maybe once a year), you’ll be working side-by-side with me on large-scale movie productions, and on 2–3 indie films annually. You’ll be part assistant, part producer-in-training, and part chaos wrangler.
?? I’ll be in the Philippines from September 2–11, and plan to conduct in-person interviews during that time for final candidates , so if you're ready to impress, this is your shot.
