The role of the Business Development is to support the owner in business development.
Responsibilities:
Learn and understand the sales process and flows for multiple companies and industries
Follow up on leads through company CRM
Creating proposals and send them to prospective clients
Help develop new sources of business such as referral networks
Assist in improvement of sales/marketing materials(we have a full marketing team)
Qualifications
Solid interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
3+Years sales experience
Advanced time management and organizational skills
Strong computer skills utilizing various software applications
Experience working with a CRM system
Hungry to succeed financially (there are strong financial incentives for sales)
Wants to grow personally and professionally
Able to work on EST Business hours
Thrives in a fast paced and environment in which they are constantly learning
