JOB OVERVIEW

CLERK:
- Index paperwork via email inboxes if not already indexed
- PODs, lumpers, accessorial approvals
- Reach out for required paperwork to brokers, carriers, and factoring companies
- Make notes in McLeod about carrier or broker contact
- Work on the daily report to confirm paperwork has been received and loads can be marked ready to bill
- Verifying all documents are present and legible. With necessary signatures and other
proof of delivery.
- If necessary, communicate with brokers regarding missing paperwork and load status.
- Other duties and projects as needed

The ideal candidate will be thorough and detail-oriented. Good communication is a must as the candidate
will be reaching out to carriers, factoring companies, and brokers to request missing paperwork.
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
