Virtual Assistant for Auto Shop Logistics & Systems (Notion Expert) - $6-7/hr + Bonuses

Job Description:

I’m a service manager running a small auto shop owned by a wholesaler, handling about 100 cars a month. I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me streamline operations, manage logistics, and free me up to focus on income-producing tasks. I need someone proactive who can keep systems organized, handle real-time updates, and work on longer-term projects when not immediately needed.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Organize and update my Notion workspace (my personal system for tracking everything).
Keep an open chat for real-time updates and task assignments.
Manage parts lists: source parts online, make calls to vendors, and track availability.
Track shop expenses by car, compile data, and upload photos/emails as needed.
Research cars for purchase on Facebook Marketplace and local dealer websites.
Assist with booking cars out and finding values (using tools I’ll specify later – no direct company access required).
Handle occasional admin tasks like emailing vendors or coordinating transport updates.

Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Experience with Notion (or ability to learn fast – tell me about your experience with it).
Comfortable making phone calls to vendors in the U.S.
Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bonus if you’ve worked in automotive or have experience scraping marketplaces for deals.

Pay & Perks:
$6-7 per hour, depending on experience.
Monthly bonuses for car-scraping tasks when we’re actively buying (details provided during onboarding).
Flexible hours, but I need someone available during U.S. business hours (EST) for chats/calls.
