We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Administrative and Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations and manage our Shopify store. *Job Description:*

We are seeking an Administrative and Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for:

- *Product Listing Management:*
- Identify and create product lists from Temecula Coffee Roasters according to their dropshipping requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information on our Shopify store, including descriptions, prices, and images.
- Regularly update inventory and ensure product availability.

- *Dropshipping Coordination:*
- Manage the electronic systems for dropshipping with Temecula Coffee Roasters.
- Ensure seamless integration between the supplier and our Shopify store.
- Track and resolve any issues related to dropshipping orders.

- *Website Maintenance:*
- Assist with regular updates and maintenance of the Shopify store.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, making improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and update content.

- *Administrative Support:*
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support other administrative functions as needed.

*Qualifications:*

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Shopify and understanding of e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with dropshipping processes and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Experience in the coffee industry or a passion for coffee.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms and tools.
