Client Overview:
*Chad is an amazing entrepreneur and coach. He is looking for a unicorn who can help him with administrative tasks so he can stay in his zone of genius!

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work any 4pm-6pm Eastern Time (US)
*Must be able to work 10 hours weekly, and if everything goes well, your hours will increase!
*Must have experience with executive/administrative assistance or any similar role
*Must be an AMAZING communicator, and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Must have experience using Asana
*Must have EXCELLENT attention to detail
*Must be super organized
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control

Software tools used by the client:
*Asana
*EOS CRM (client will train)
*Google Account (Drive, Gmail and Calendar)
*Quicken Online
*Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
*EOS Storefront (client will train)

Responsibilities/Tasks:
Manage Google Drive
*Add, organize and update Client Folders
*Add, organize an update Prospect Folders
*Move, rename files
Manage Google calendar
*Create and send calendar invites
*Reschedule invites •
Manage Gmail
*Prepare pre-session emails to client using templates with attachments
*Prepare Post-session emails to clients using templates
*Make edits based on session debrief notes, and add attachments
*Respond to clients
*Create Asana tasks
*Star for follow up
Update Key Documents
*Revenue tracker (Google Sheet)
*Session Debriefs (Google Doc)
*Save client EOS tools to PDF
Update CRM
*Add and update sessions
*Add accounts and contacts
*Create and update tasks
Project Management (Asana)
*Add prospects to Proactive call Project
*Create and manage tasks
*Create and manage template
*Create and update Portfolios
*Create and update projects
*Add prospects to portfolios
Create and attach invoices (client will train)
*Quickbooks Online
*Save Invoices to client folder in Google drive
*Attach to pre-session email drafts
Lead Generation Admin Activities
*Identify, compile and manage contacts’ information for sending Traction Books (new members of networking groups, LinkedIn connections, etc.) and creating follow up tasks in Asana + marking task as done in CRM
