We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. our organization is based in Melbourne Australia, and we support people with disability. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a background in nursing or psychology, in addition to substantial administrative experience. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by managing various administrative tasks related to client support, reporting, and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Report Compilation: Review and compile daily shift notes and service reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client progress and support activities.

Procedure Manual Development: Collaborate with managers to create and update procedure manuals, ensuring that best practices and compliance with regulatory bodies are
Roster Assistance: Support the scheduling and rostering process, ensuring that staff availability aligns with client needs .
Data Collection: Collect, analyze, and present data to senior managers to inform decision-making and improve service quality.
Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, helping to maintain high standards of care and compliance with regulatory bodies guidelines.
Qualifications:
Background in nursing or psychology is preferred.
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the disability support sector.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
