We’re hiring an Admin VA to help manage files, update trackers, and handle the backend of our caregiver credentialing and client invoicing.
Tasks Include:
• Uploading documents to Google Drive
• Updating Airtable with availability, expiration dates
• Monitoring background check completions
• Drafting invoices weekly and tracking billed hours
Qualifications:
• Detail-oriented and great with digital organization
• Experience with invoicing, forms, or CRM tools
• Responsive and reliable
ENGLISH MUST BE EXCELLENT.
