AI Automation & Analytics Specialist (Part-Time / Project Based)

About Us

Front Row Ag is a specialty agriculture company that produces fertilizer products and educational content for commercial growers. We publish long-form podcasts, YouTube videos, short-form social media content, blog posts, and educational resources.

We are looking for an AI automation specialist to help us build internal systems that connect our content, analytics, and reporting workflows.

This is not a generic virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems, connecting APIs, working with AI tools, and solving business problems.

Initial Project

Our content workflow currently includes:

Podcast production
YouTube publishing
Instagram Reels

Facebook content
LinkedIn content
Blog posts
Notion content management
Google Analytics reporting

We want to build a system that:

Connects content performance data from multiple platforms
Updates records inside Notion automatically
Tracks relationships between podcast episodes and derived content
Identifies top-performing content
Generates AI-powered recommendations for repurposing content
Produces automated weekly reports
