Profile Description

I'm a dedicated, full-time Customer Service Representative with 5+ years of experience in customer service and Amazon product research/sourcing. I'm looking for a long-term, full-time role where I can commit fully to one team and grow with the company.
Customer Service:

Answering inquiries across all channels and platforms (email, chat, social media)
Handling customer concerns with patience and professionalism
Account management and retail support
Comfortable managing high inquiry volumes independently and consistently

Amazon Product Research & Sourcing:

Product research and keyword research using Helium10, Keepa, and SellerApp
Profitability analysis using FBA Calculator
Product sourcing support for FBA sellers
Comfortable working with data to identify viable product opportunities

I'm reliable, organized, and committed to showing up consistently for a full-time role. I currently have flexibility to dedicate my full working hours to one employer, and I'm looking for stability with a team I can grow with long-term.
