In the Department of the Environment and Natural Resources, during my tenure as Legal Researcher, I assist in the investigation of those apprehended vehicles and forest logs illegally cut and transported. I helped the agency analyze the applicable law or statutes to help the legal head to build the case. Further, I assist in the preparations of confiscation orders: such as analyzing the facts of the case, the issue and the relevant law applicable. I also draft documents and minutes of the meetings submitted to the executive heads. During my time as a court decongestion officer at the Regional Trial Court, I worked as an independent contractor. In this role, I assisted in streamlining judicial processes and drafting resolutions for various cases, including civil, criminal, and land registration matters. These activities assist the court in reducing the caseloads.
