I have over 15 years of experience in full-cycle construction management with responsibilities that includes overseeing nationwide store builds from the initial site evaluation all the way to project turnover. My roles involves coordinating pre-construction planning, project controls, and the transition phase post-construction. They also include coordinating multiple project implementations and construction management.

As a PRC Licensed and Registered Architect since 2010, my expertise encompasses comprehensive site evaluation, conceptual planning, and detailed design development, including MEPF plans and shop drawings. My portfolio ranges from residential interior fit-outs and mid-rise apartments to leading the design coordination for large-scale retail branches and commercial store rollouts across the Philippines.

I have extensive experience driving contractor performance, overseeing tight procurement timelines, and maintaining strict budget oversight. My responsibilities encompass conducting comprehensive bid evaluations, coordinating smoothly across internal departments and external suppliers, and ensuring seamless communication from pre-construction meetings through to final turnover documentation.

I champion the modernization of legacy construction processes by establishing robust Project Management Office (PMO) standards. By spearheading digital transitions to collaborative platforms like ClickUp, I build streamlined, forward-thinking workflows and comprehensive project charters that empower cross-functional teams to manage aggressive, fast-track expansion schedules effectively.

Leveraging my ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit certification, I enforce rigorous construction execution standards and proactive quality management. I regularly direct site quality walkthroughs, manage pre-operational inspections and testing, and monitor works quality assurance to guarantee that all structural and aesthetic outcomes reflect the highest level of craftsmanship.
