Profile Description

I am a Civil Engineer with professional experience as a Construction Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, Structural Engineer, and BIM Modeler. I specialize in Quantity Takeoff, Cost Estimation, BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Preparation, Construction Documentation, and BIM-based project coordination. My goal is to help clients achieve accurate project budgeting, efficient planning, and successful project execution.
My experience includes conducting detailed quantity takeoffs from construction drawings using both digital and manual methods, preparing comprehensive BOQs and cost estimates for bidding and project planning, and reviewing plans to verify material requirements and pricing accuracy. I have worked closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve drawing discrepancies, clarify project scope, and ensure project requirements are properly addressed.
As a Structural Engineer, I have performed structural analysis and design using STAAD Pro while ensuring compliance with applicable engineering codes, standards, and project specifications. My technical background allows me to understand construction projects from both a design and cost perspective, providing clients with reliable and practical solutions.
In addition, I have extensive experience as a BIM Modeler using Revit and other BIM tools. I have developed and coordinated structural BIM models, generated construction drawings and documentation, performed quantity extraction directly from BIM models, supported 3D visualization, facilitated multidisciplinary coordination, and conducted clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts before construction.
I am also highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and have developed customized estimating tools and automated spreadsheets to improve workflow efficiency, estimation accuracy, and productivity.
