Profile Description

I am a business owner and stay-at-home mom with hands-on experience supporting business operations remotely. While my husband manages the full day-to-day operations of our restaurant business, I handle backend tasks such as social media management, customer support, coordination, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping. This experience has helped me develop strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

I also have experience in the BPO industry as a Sales and Customer Service Representative for an Australian telecommunications company, where I developed strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with international ---------- addition, I have experience in business management, graphics and merchandising operations, and Special Education teaching. These roles strengthened my skills in multitasking, leadership, communication, and administrative support.

I am proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and online communication tools. I am highly adaptable, dependable, and comfortable working independently in remote environments.

I am currently seeking a remote opportunity where I can contribute as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, Customer Support Representative, or Administrative Assistant while continuing to grow professionally and support my family from home.
