I am a Full-Stack Web and Desktop Application Developer from the Philippines with 2+ year of hands-on experience building and deploying real-world systems for government offices and private clients.

What makes me different from most junior developers: I have built and deployed 4 live production systems — including a Medical Management System used by a real clinic, an RFID Attendance System for a school, a Building Permit Fee Assessment System for a local government unit (LGU), and an Integrated Legislative Records Management System for a municipal legislative office.
