I'm a fresh freelancer from the Philippines with a degree in Information Technology, and yes I'm new to this. But hear me out.

Not every experienced VA is a good VA. Some are burnt out, some are juggling 10 clients at once, and some just stop caring after a while. I'm none of those. I'm naturally a techy person, I enjoy learning new tools, building efficient workflows, and finding smarter ways to get things done. That's not a line I rehearsed. It's just how I'm wired.

Before going remote, I worked face-to-face with 150+ clients during my internship, guiding them through processes, keeping records accurate, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. It wasn't a desk job where I just answered emails. It was real, fast-paced client work that taught me how to stay calm, communicate clearly, and care about getting things right.
