Profile Description

Hi, I'm John Michael, but you can call me Sevi.

I'm a fresh freelancer from the Philippines with a degree in Information Technology, and yes I'm new to this. But hear me out.

Not every experienced VA is a good VA. Some are burnt out, some are juggling 10 clients at once, and some just stop caring after a while. I'm none of those. Right now, you'd be getting someone who is genuinely hungry to do good work, pays attention to every detail, and actually gives a damn about the outcome.

I'm naturally a techy person, I enjoy learning new tools, building efficient workflows, and finding smarter ways to get things done. That's not a line I rehearsed. It's just how I'm wired.

Before going remote, I worked face-to-face with 150+ clients during my internship, guiding them through processes, keeping records accurate, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. It wasn't a desk job where I just answered emails. It was real, fast-paced client work that taught me how to stay calm, communicate clearly, and care about getting things right.

Here's what I can do for you:
— Admin & VA tasks : research, data entry, email management, scheduling, file organization
— Bookkeeping support : transaction recording, invoice tracking, expense categorization, spreadsheet-based records
— Tool & workflow support : Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Canva, Zoom, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grammarly and more
— Clear communication : async updates, organized reporting, no ghosting

Fresh doesn't mean unqualified. It means you get my full attention, my best effort, and someone who's still building their reputation which means I can't afford to deliver anything less than great.

If that sounds like someone worth trying, let's talk.

Top Skills

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Throughout my 4 years of study I've been creating websites, specially using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. But it's just my hobby now, I can create portfolio website with AI in just 5 minutes fully working. I created the portfolio on my profile myself. That's my 4th Portfolio Website since June 2 btw hahaha

Other Skills

Experience: Less than 6 months

I'm at the beginner stage but I come prepared, I understand core concepts, familiar with QuickBooks and Xero, and I take accuracy seriously. Numbers don't lie, and neither do I.

Experience: Less than 6 months

I'm comfortable building prospect lists, finding contact information, and organizing leads into clean, usable formats. Great fit for businesses looking to grow their outreach

Experience: Less than 6 months

My IT background and internship work made me comfortable working with data entering, organizing, and double-checking for accuracy. I don't rush through it.

Experience: 1 - 2 years

Whether it's finding leads, building prospect lists, or digging for reliable information online, I go deep before I deliver. Accuracy matters more than speed to me.

Experience: Less than 6 months

I handled real clients during my internship , documents, registrations, and daily coordination. I'm organized, reliable, and quick to adapt to whatever a client needs.
