Customer service made me mentally strong in a way I never expected. I deal with different attitudes every day — angry customers, impatient people, and nonstop pressure — yet I still have to stay calm and professional. There are moments where I feel drained from repeating the same explanations over and over, especially when customers take their frustration out on me. But despite that, I learned how to control my emotions, communicate better, and stay patient even under stress. Some days are exhausting, but the experience taught me resilience, discipline, and how to handle people in difficult situations. It’s not just a job — it’s something that constantly challenges your mindset and emotional strength.
