Profile Description

As an Experienced Audit Associate at SGV & Co., I performed comprehensive audit and assurance procedures for clients across Manufacturing, Shared Services, Pharmaceutical, and E?commerce industries. Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute substantive testing and internal control evaluation for major financial statement areas including revenue, inventory, receivables, payables, PPE, leases, financial instruments, provisions, and income taxes.
2. Perform risk assessment procedures, identify key audit risks, and design targeted responses aligned with SGV/EY methodology.
Prepare and complete audit working papers with accuracy, ensuring full compliance with professional and firm standards.
3. Conduct walkthroughs and test controls for clients with SOX, shared services, and high?volume transaction environments.
4. Lead sections of the engagement, coordinate deliverables, and support audit planning—including materiality, sampling, and analytics.
5. Communicate regularly with client accounting teams, management, and process owners to resolve issues and gather audit evidence.
6. Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with PFRS, PAS, and local regulatory requirements.
7. Train and supervise junior associates, providing guidance, technical support, and timely feedback during fieldwork.
8. Use EY Canvas, Helix data analytics, and other audit tools to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
9. Provide recommendations to improve internal controls, process efficiency, and risk management practices.
