Billing & Data Specialist | ERP and CRM Analysis

My previous role involved creating Bills of Materials (BOM) in SiteTracker using engineering designs as references. We used SiteTracker as our CRM tool to upload data, generate bills, and submit them to clients for invoicing.

I managed and analyzed bad orders, including expired, near-expiry, and unbilled products, to ensure accurate reimbursement processing. My role involved retrieving, reviewing, and validating purchase orders, supporting documents, and customer data across multiple principals. I encoded BORF data and uploaded records into SAP, maintaining a centralized and accurate reimbursement database. I monitored bad order statuses to verify warehouse processing, pull-outs, and transfers using SAP, customer portals, and hard-copy documentation. I coordinated with Operations to resolve overdue or unprocessed items and identify root causes, while collaborating with Merchandisers and Sales Managers to implement corrective actions and ensure compliance. Additionally, I prepared and submitted claims reports to Finance for billing and reimbursement processing and analyzed Profit and Loss (P&L) reports, providing summarized insights for weekly alignment meetings and monthly management reporting.
