Profile Description
I am a licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines with experience in construction cost estimation and project management for U.S.-based construction projects, including single-family homes, ADUs, duplexes, and multi-story developments. I have successfully helped U.S.-based construction company by preparing detailed cost estimates, budget estimates, contract drafting, invoices, tracking construction progress and scheduling, and reviewing drawings and quantities.
My background in structural engineering allows me to interpret drawings accurately and understand the cost impact of design decisions. For the softwares, I use Microsoft Rxcel for budget and cost estimation, Bluebeam Revu for quantity take off, Procore for project management, Revit Autodesk for 3d Modelling, ETABS for structural analysis and AutoCAD for plan layout.
