As Quality Coordinator I Am always preparing the visual reports every meetings of our departments and making sure it is aligned to the agenda to be discussed.

I am the one answering the email in our office as Quality coordinator and if there as ASAP need to be solve I am giving also recommendation to the problem.

Checking all the nurses documentation in the wards and if found some discrepancy make a report and recommendation for the improvement of all the nurses.

As an admin staff some of our reports need to be enter in Microsoft Excel to be more accurate and easy to understand and present and i am using it as a records and easy to all the department to check.

Checking the schedule in all department and for approval by the heads.

Writing a report and submitted to the head and doing investigation with the Incident report submitted and make a recommendation and proposal submitted to the Quality Improvement team.
