Another skillset that I've gained is Lead Generation. For me, this is actually an easy skillset to learn, but, might be a really toughest skill if your self-confidence is not that high. because you need to follow and communicate with people and be in a group to get involve and to get engage with each and anyone of them. In addition, I was able to learn how to use Apollo on data scaling.

I've taken an Administrative Tasks course for Virtual Assistant recently to enhance my skills and to familiarize more on the tools that most of the Virtual Assistant are using when working with their respective clients. In addition, I've been able to improve more about my knowledge on Google Workspace and learn how to use and to book a meeting or discovery call using other platform aside from Google Meet (like Calendly).

This is an experience during my previous job as operations manager. I did Digital Marketing through social media and it was a successful one! Also got an opportunity to meet different kind of people and communicate with them and being attached as well.

Aside from taking Administrative Tasks course, I also take an Email Marketing course as well to add another set of skillset. I've been able to learn and expose on some of the email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp, Brevo, Active Campaign, and Mailerlite).

Another skillset aside from Admin Support, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation that I have gained is the Social Media Management. wherein, I was able to create my own Brand board, Brand name, cover, logo, color palette, and even creating a content plan and do regular posting for my brand awareness.

just a basic video editing that promotes our product and post it in social media platform like Facebook.
