I was responsible for managing the end-to-end receivables process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collection, and reconciliation of customer accounts. I supervised a team of AR staff, implemented credit control policies, and worked closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes and improve cash flow.

Post-migration, I utilized QuickBooks for end-to-end accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll integration, and financial reporting.

I leveraged Xero’s tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration within the accounting team and across departments.

I possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing its robust features to analyze data, automate tasks, and generate insightful reports that support accounting and business decisions. I leverage Excel to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
