As an administrative staff under job order status in a government office, I was assigned to the auditing department where I provided support in reviewing and organizing financial documents, assisting in compliance checks, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. My responsibilities included data encoding, preparing reports, filing and retrieving audit files, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely submission of required documents. This role strengthened my attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work effectively within a structured and fast-paced environment.
