Hi, I'm Crystie,
I'm a Bookkeeper and Accounting Assistant with 10 years of experience helping a multi-branch retail and service company manage their day to day bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, financial reporting, expense tracking, and categorized proper GL accounts across 28 branches. My goal is to keep the financial records accurate, organized, and up to date so the business can operate with confidence.

I love spot discrepancies by doing the 3 ways matching, reconciling bank and credit card transactions, processing invoices, maintaining customer and vendor records, and supporting the month end reports. My professional experience includes working with Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets to manage the high volume financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
To continue growing my skills in cloud accounting, I earned my Xero Advisor Certification. While I haven't used Xero in a professional role yet, I'm eager to apply what I've learned. I'm also expanding my knowledge of QuickBooks Online through self-paced learning.
