Profile Description

Reliable Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator with hands-on experience delivering accurate quantity take-offs, detailed cost estimates, and bid support for residential and commercial construction projects. Experienced in working with US and Australian construction standards, with a strong focus on accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.

Cost Estimation & Take-Offs – Prepare precise quantity take-offs and cost estimates for concrete, rebar, formworks, and architectural trades. Capable of handling full-scope estimates, including material costing, labor analysis, and bid preparation.

BOQ & Bid Support – Develop clear and organized Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tendering and project budgeting. Assist contractors and estimators in submitting competitive and well-documented bids.

Rebar Estimation & BBS – Strong experience in preparing bar bending schedules (BBS) and rebar cutting lists, improving material utilization, and reducing waste on-site.

Cost Control & Analysis – Monitor estimated vs actual quantities, identify cost variances, and support value engineering decisions to optimize project costs.

Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination – Support sourcing, comparison, and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.

Communication & Remote Work – Responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with international teams. Able to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and provide clear updates.
