I am Claire, a Chemical Engineering graduate and Environmental Management / Compliance professional with 10+ years of combined experience in Quality Management and Environmental Management Systems (QMS/EMS). I currently serve as a Managing Consultant and Founder of an environmental consultancy, delivering regulatory compliance, permitting, and sustainability solutions aligned with environmental standards and government requirements. I specialize in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems implementation support, end-to-end documentation development, audit preparation, and certification readiness for manufacturing and industrial clients.

My expertise covers Environmental Management System (EMS) implementation, environmental aspects and impacts assessment, legal compliance evaluation, operational controls, supplier quality management, procurement systems, and internal auditing. I have extensive experience producing ISO-aligned documentation such as procedures, registers, forms, checklists, monitoring reports, corrective action records, and compliance submissions used for audit and certification purposes.
