I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) product of Silliman University.
My first job was an External Auditor under Sycip, Gorres and Velayo (SGV) Accounting and Auditing Firm. At SGV, I was tasked to do audits of varied multinational companies which were of varied business industries. Most of my clients were manufacturing companies. I did audits but we usually end up with the preparation of the financial statements for our client companies.
I had also the experience with working as an Accountant and Auditor of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I visited our Churches in different parts of the country to do audits. When I am in the head office in Manila, I did the preparation of the financial statements. I was also assigned under finance where I did the issuance of checks especially for cash advances especially for officers in the field. I also did several reconciliations of different accounts like the general ledger figures reconciled to the subsidiary records.
I had the experience of organizing my first corporation engaging in the business of selling clothes, or a fashion boutique. As the founder of the corporation and the manager at the same time - I did the financial reports by myself.

As a Certified Public Accountant having long years of experiences in bookkeeping, the preparation of financial reports, and auditing - I have mastered in handling several account classifications to include Accounts Receivable. I have experienced making reports of all details about the receivable accounts of several companies, we call "Accounts Receivable Aging Report". This includes the detailed reports, and even analyzing its collectability. We needed to identify which receivables are doubtful (or there may be a chance that the amount may not be collected), accounts that are long outstanding, and accounts that may collections had become impossible, thus - we are to write them off. But we always tried to do anything to collect all the receivables as much as we can. During the audits, we usually write confirmation letters to the debtors or customers/buyers to see to it that those accounts did really exist. I am experienced in handling Accounts Receivables - like by preparing the detailed reports, updating them, and doing financial analyses on it.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
Though my overall length of exposure to the different accounts may reach like 20 years, I am only putting herewith 5 to 10 years experience as my length of time I was actually exposed to the particular account - for this matter, the Accounts Reconciliations. For this matter, the Accounts Reconciliations. I know how to reconcile different accounting figures such as the preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements, doing confirmations if the balances per Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables reconciles with the records of the third parties, like that of the Debtors (consumers) and Creditors (suppliers), respectively. I also do have experiences in the reconciliations of the balances per General Ledger compared to the figures per Subsidiary Ledges. Part of my experiences was to prepare the details of the accounts - like the lists under Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables. The total of the individual debtors or creditors should match with that of the General Ledger or even the figures in the Financial Statements.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
With my experiences with an Accounting Firm like Sycip, Gorres and Velayo Accounting Firm, I was very exposed to the preparation of the the details of the Accounts Payable of the different companies I was tasked to audit. Though these companies have their accounting clerks assigned to the said account, I usually end up preparing the financial report that is accurate and in much details. I am also confident in analyzing this account like to ascertain its accuracy including of course - the journal entries applicable to this account.
Experience: 10+ years
I have a long professional experiences in bookkeeping for several companies including the corporation I organized and the sole proprietorship I put up. Part of this bookkeeping responsibilities was to prepare the Financial Statements. Even when I did perform audits of different companies, I also had the several experiences in the preparation of their financial statements. One thing that I should boast in addition to my long exposures to Financial Accounting, since the accounting world is so vague or varied - and that there as so many kinds of businesses all around the world, my additional advantage is that I have this network of Accountants that I can inquire from should there be issues that I am not that confident to address.
Experience: 10+ years
I should say that I have the best experiences in Bookkeeping. I had several years of experience in the recording of transactions or journal entries and even performed audits on the works of accountants. Since I am an expert in audit, it follows that - I am also expert in bookkeeping. For how could I audit (find faults), if I myself doesn't know how to bookkeep? Much of my experiences in bookkeeping is when I handled our own companies, so I did the bookkeeping myself. On the courses of my audit, it was usual for me to come across bookkeeping works that are not proper and accurate, thus - I usually do it myself. My bookkeeping jobs of course include the data entry of everyday transactions of the companies and prepare the general and the subsidiary ledgers, did some reconciliations and verifications especially on its propriety and accuracy. And even come up with the written report containing my analysis on the financial reports we produce.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Part of my experience in doing audits of multinational companies was to audit their investments. I have to go over their supporting documents for all their company investment. I would see the Land Titles, Building ownerships, Certificate of Stocks, etc. I would also do the procedures for identifying like the lower of cost or market. Per Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, we need to consider the figures that would be reflected in the Financial Statements - the figures that were lower between the Cost of the Investments and its Market Values. The financial report figures should be conservative - thus we are to reflect which ever amount is lower between the costs and the market values.
Experience: 10+ years
I am an expert to the preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements because of my exposure to the audits of my client companies. Several of the companies that I audited didn't have an accurate Bank Reconciliation Statements, thus - to facilitate the audit, I helped them prepare the Bank Reconciliation Statements myself. My handling of my own businesses, I had to do Bank Reconciliation Statements for the businesses I was owning and managing. There was a time when a friend who was a businessman had problems with his company. He was suspecting his cashier was stealing his money. He asked my help, thus I went to all the banks they had deposits with, asked for their Bank Statements for the period under audit, and then did the Bank Reconciliation Statements. In this process, I was able to identify how much money was actually stolen.
Experience: 10+ years
I am very experienced in doing Auditing. My major exposure was on External Auditing for the various companies I had the experience to audit. My secondary exposure was doing Internal Auditing for our Church which hired my to be their Internal Auditor, and also doing Internal Auditing for the companies I owned and managed. I am confident the two are very related as to its responsibilities. Since I had an extensive exposure to the audit of different companies of varied businesses, then I am confident of auditing any accounts that I would be tasked to audit. I know the auditing procedures especially based on the Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) - with the various account classifications. I also know how to prepare audit programs before approaching the audits of the accounts assigned to me.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
I am confident with my many years of experience being exposed to audit several multinational companies. Most of the companies I audited were in the business of manufacturing different products. With these experiences, I know how do Cost Accounting - like identifying which of the several expenses should form part of the costs of the products. I remember doing cut-off audits and that we need to identify which products or inventories are finished, and those that are still under Work in Progress and that we need to identify how many percentage the products were completed. The percentage completion will be our basis for the costing of the said products. I am experienced in estimating how much a product would cost - considering the amounts involved as to the raw materials put into the products, the labor and the overhead costs.
Experience: 10+ years
As a Certified Public Accountant, I would consider that my specialty is in the field of Audit, especially External Audit. With my long years of experiences working with Sycip, Gorres and Velayo Auditing Firm - I had the best exposure with the audits of several top corporations both abroad and in the Philippines. This was with my exposure of auditing companies of different industries like manufacturing, hospitalities like resorts, schools, banks, and non-government companies like cooperatives in the Philippines. Our end products would usually be the Audited Financial Statements, including the computation of taxes and the preparation of Income Tax Returns, and a Report showing our Audit Findings.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
With my experiences in public speaking and doing hosting in various activities, I exposed my self to doing Social Media Videos we call Vlogging. I can talk and explain easily both using our local dialects, and in English. Even with the products we sell, I do the advertisements myself. Aside from businesses like endorsing products, I also do vlogging about my social reactions on various issues. Mostly, my vlogging are based on the scriptures from the Holy Bible, and sometimes - just anything that I could influence the public to be good citizens of our country, and being God- fearing.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
I have a YouTube account where I collect my variety of videos. Part of these YouTube videos is to market whatever products I want people to buy.
