 Recommends approval to all financial transactions and to other projects, spearhead on organizational strategic and operational plans, provides institutional budget and funding grid  Verify all financial reports prior to submission to the Board of Trustee, subject for external audit, government institution reports and other external partners and funders

 In coordination with the Senior Finance and Administrative Assistant, s/he ensures that all funds needed by the activities and the Project Team are readily available and encoded in Oracle Netsuite;  Manages and updates the records of accounts of all assigned funds particulary the UNICEF project funded, WASH in Schools Project;  Review all receipts and disbursements ascertain correct account distribution and ensure all support documentation is accurate and in order;

 Consolidates financial reports Cordaid funds, UNHCR funds, Porticus Netherlands, PinoyME funds, Molenaar Netherlands, Hydraulic Rump Pump encoded in Peachtree Accounting and Quickbooks for Non Profit  Monitors accurate record of financial transactions on each projects, participates on organizational strategic and operational plans, and provides institutional budget and funding grid
