Creative Manager & Admin Support - Brand Dev | Social Media

As the Creative Design Manager at a real estate & construction firm, I lead the visual direction for our brand across digital platforms—including our website, social media and online property listings. I also create the company’s portfolio decks for project bidding, making sure our presentations are polished and on-brand. In addition to my core design responsibilities, I oversee the team, assist in hiring processes when the CEO is unavailable, and help resolve issues related to permit processing, especially those that require correction. I also step in to assist clients during property viewings whenever our team is undermanned, ensuring smooth on-site experiences.

Graphic design has been a core part of my journey since college/Uni. I carried it into my first job until present and have been honing my design skills ever since. Whether it's crafting visuals for digital platforms, creating branding elements, or designing engaging marketing materials, I love bringing ideas to life through design.

I landed my first job as a Marketing Associate and got promoted to Jr. Manager just 6 months in. Since the company was a startup, I had the chance to help shape the brand from the ground up. From designing the logo to building out the overall brand identity and creative direction. I also worked closely with our web/app developer to make sure the design and user experience is cohesive and aligned with the brand's vision and continuously improved our branding to match the company’s growth and vision along the way. 4 stars rating for now! I can bring a lot to the table, but I always leave room for growth and learning.

Social media management has been an important part of my journey, starting with handling multiple accounts during my internship. I also took charge of my company's social media pages, ensuring content was engaging and on-brand. On top of that, I manage my own business's social media, which gives me a hands-on understanding of what it takes to grow an online presence, engage audiences, and drive results. I’d rate myself a 4-star rating in social media management. While I’m confident in my ability to grow and manage social media accounts, I recognize that the platforms are constantly evolving, so there’s always room to learn and adapt to the latest trends and updates.

On top of my design work, I also handle various administrative tasks simultaneously. Whether it’s managing schedules, organizing workflows, or providing support where it's needed. I’m skilled at balancing creative and administrative responsibilities to keep everything running smoothly.
