I’ve been in real estate cold calling for a year, helping investors and agents connect with motivated sellers. I’ve made thousands of calls—talked to FSBOs, absentee owners, pre-foreclosure, foreclosures property owner and people dealing with tough situations. I know how to handle objections and get to the real reason someone’s looking to sell. I don’t just follow a script. I focus on real conversations—asking the right questions about the property’s condition, price, and timeline while ensuring the seller feels heard and understood.
I’m comfortable using tools like Mojo Dialer, CallTools, Vulcan7, Batch Dialer,  DealMachine, and GoHighLevel and I know how to stay productive without sounding robotic. I bring consistency every day—always working on my tone, timing, and how I handle pushback. In my last role, I averaged two solid leads a day.
