As an Assistant Team Leader and Truss Designer, I support the team leader in managing daily operations, ensuring efficient task allocation and smooth workflow within the team. I assist in setting goals, objectives, and KPIs, monitor progress, and provide updates to drive team performance. Serving as a point of contact, I address team members' questions, offer guidance, and clarify tasks to ensure effective collaboration. Leveraging my expertise in Mitek 2020 software, I design and analyze timber trusses, ensuring compliance with industry standards and building codes. I collaborate with architects and engineers to gather project requirements, generate detailed truss designs and documentation, and perform structural analysis to optimize strength, stability, and cost-efficiency. Additionally, I conduct thorough reviews of truss designs, verifying accuracy and adherence to project specifications and regulations.
