In my most recent job experience in manufacturing, I was tasked with
- Rewinding and maintenance of AC Induction Motors used for cranes and hoists, paper mills, water pumps, and exhaust fans in manufacturing.
- Maintenance of transformers in papermill, conducting transformer oil degasification and oil dielectric tests during shutdown activities at the paper mill.
- Electrical wiring for lighting and convenience outlets.
- Motor control and wiring for AC induction motors such as Wye-Delta connections, use of timers, overload relays, and interlocking to prevent simultaneous operation of motors, etc.
- Electrical system design for warehouse.
- Maintenance and instrumentation of pneumatic cylinders used in papermill.
