I'm an Internal Quality Auditor Chair of one of the Private hospital here in our place. My responsibility includes Planning and Execution of Internal Audit, Ensuring that planned arrangements or schedule are complied with and that processes are effective, leading the IQA (Internal Quality Auditor) team during deliberations on internal audit findings, making sure that findings of IQA team are closed and that corrective actions taken are verified to be effective and consolidating and summarizing IA reports for submission to the Quality Management or Top Management for business review.
