I am an Accountant/Bookkeeper with 2 years of experience in managing AR and AP, reconciling bank and credit statements, and providing financial reporting support to business owners.

Here's what I offer:
1) AP/AR Management - Creating and issuing sales invoices, credit memos, and statement of accounts (SOAs). Maintaining AP ledgers and reconciling vendor statements. Verifying and
processing vendor invoices with accurate coding and PO matching.
2) Bank & Credit Reconciliation - Matching transactions in bank and credit statements with internal records. Investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
3) Financial Reporting Support - Prepare AR and AP aging summaries. Support month-end closing and expense recognition. Generate financial reports such as balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement to aid in financial decision

I am skilled in using accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, SAP Business One, and MYOB.
Also, I often use Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table) to summarize big-volume transactions into much simpler and easy to understand data.
