Started my career with a two month immersion as a Project Engineer trainee, where I gained hands on experience in daily progress monitoring and project scheduling through the developing Estimation, Gantt chart, and S-curve. This practical foundation led me to specialize in Quantity Surveying after earning my degree, where I spent a year as a Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyor performing detailed estimations and managing architectural finishes for both public and private projects. I have now transitioned into a Post-Contract role, where I apply my technical background and estimation expertise to manage variations order proposal and project valuations through the construction phase.
