Profile Description

My past experiences have given me a great deal of exposure to the importance of customer
service. Working as a Virtual Assistant for Alibaba store owners, I am responsible for handling
customer inquiries via live chat and email, and keeping track of all correspondence. I was also
responsible for drafting emails, making quotations, and refunding payments.
Experience also includes creating orders for sellers and drafting invoices through email and
online chat. My outgoing personality makes me comfortable talking with different people from
different cultures to solve problems and resolve issues.
I also did lead generation for my client before. I did some manual research and prospecting for
potential customers using social media platforms and also google.
I have knowledge in using Canva, Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel, Google Docs/Microsoft Word,
Creator Studio, Grammarly and Capcut.
I am also willing to do any other administrative task that you need help with. I am willing to learn
and expand my knowledge.
