I have experience working with both residential and commercial real estate agents, property managers, and real estate investment firms. My goal is to ease the burden of administrative tasks and help my clients stay organized, efficient, and ahead of the competition.
I have an extensive experience in Title Search Accounts. I was a Title Examiner in one of the leading US Title Insurance Companies. I review and examine Real Estate properties in the U.S. using different systems. Examine all the documents gathered such as: Deeds, Mortgages, Liens, HOA, County Clerk's Records, Public Records, Foreclosures, Judgments, Court Cases, Probate, Last Will, Divorce, and other suspicious Documents. Prepare the final Title Report which is error-free and sent directly to the client.
