       Hi. I’m Linolito Cajegas, Jr. or simply Lino. I’m a professional musician, songwriter, arranger and music producer.  Lastly, I’m also a Recording and Sound Engineer working in my own music production studio called SONGCREATOR Music Studio for over 15 years now with knowledge of the latest software like Protools, Sonar and Ableton. In 2019, my family went to Melbourne, Australia where I worked as a Music Director in our church for 2 years. In 2021, my family moved to Brisbane, Australia where I studied my Music Course accreditation at Queensland College of Music. (Attached herewith is the Youtube link of the school’s jingle that I composed.)  Presently, I’m a member of APRA AMCOS publishing in Australia who is in charge of my original songs; and VIVA Publishing Philippines for my song projects in the Philippines ((Attached herewith is the Youtube link of the song or OST that I composed.) Last October 2022, my family decided to go back home, here in Davao City Philippines after my father died.  Aside from this, I have written jingles, music themes and TV show jingles in the Philippines like the jingles for ASEAN (Association of South East Nation) Hymn, SEA (South East Asian) Games Jingle, First Quadrant sung by Sarah Geronimo, the Pop Queen of the Philippines, Bet On Your Baby USA Franchise (ABS-CBN), Peace Songfest in New York, USA, COMELEC Jingle 2010 sung by MYMP Band, DSWD sung by Jolina Magdangal Centennial Song “Himig Kalayaan interpreted by ABS-CBN Talents and many others.  I have worked as a freelance TV Show Jingle composer for ABS-CBN Channel 2, the largest TV network in the Philippines for 17 years now. I have written over a hundred themes, commercial and corporate jingles, political jingles and musical production locally and internationally for TV, film, advertising. I was the GRAND CHAMPION of the Glory International Christian Songwriting Contest  (1998), GRAND CHAMPION, CFC International Christian Songwriting Contest in (2001), GRAND CHAMPION, Likhawit Songwriting Competition (1996), GRAND CHAMPION, Mindanaw Songwriting Competition  (2008), 4TH RUNNER UP, First International Peace Songwriting Contest held in New York, USA (2009) and my song “As One” was the only Asian entry accepted and one of the top 12 finalist worldwide.   To see more of my portfolio, kindly check my profile.
