I'm a licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines, and I estimate painting and drywall projects for US and Australian residential and light commercial jobs — takeoffs, material quantities, labor hours, and final pricing, delivered in a clean, editable spreadsheet you can hand straight to a client or use to build your bid.
My background is hands-on, not just theoretical: I've spent 8 years estimating and running painting/drywall crews on-site. That combination matters — a civil engineering license means I understand plans, specs, and construction documentation at a technical level, while my time on-site means I know real labor productivity because I've swung the roller and hung the board myself, not just read a rate table. I'm now applying that same rigor to US measurement standards (imperial units, GA-214 finish levels, standard coats/coverage) and Australian standards (metric, AS 2311, NCC references) using tools like Bluebeam and PlanSwift.
