Profile Description

I'm a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, and Business, skilled in handling the complete recording-to-reporting Bookkeeping of US-Saudi joint ventures, local, and international companies, using Oracle ERP (Fusion, R12, 11i versions) and Peachtree accounting systems. I manage all functions in accounting, including:

1. Recording, tracking, collecting, and reconciling of customer receivable accounts.
2. Recording, tracking, payment, and reconciling of vendor payable accounts.
3. Recording of daily operating or capital expenditures / expenses via vendor's subledger.
4. Cash Handling. Including bank reconciliation, cash in bank, petty cash revolving fund, collection of sales revenue and receivable, and payment of purchases, payable, inventory, and PPE.
5. Processing of payroll, salaries, and fringes. Computation and processing of overtime, bonus, commission and other incentives.
6. Bank, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable reconciliation.
7. Manually journalizing (recording of debits and credits) of all transactions that don't auto-feed.
8. Recording and reconciling of Finished Goods and Raw Materials inventory.
9. Recording and reconciling of Property, Plant, and Equipment.
10. Monthly preparation and analysis of Financial Statements P&L, BS, CF.
11. Interim and annual audit and release of Audited FS by external auditors.
