I am a Real Estate Bookkeeper and Property Management Virtual Assistant with over three years of experience supporting property management companies. I specialize in AppFolio bookkeeping, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, rent rolls, owner statements, and tenant and owner ledger management.

I am certified in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Xero Payroll, and I have experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records for multiple property portfolios. In my previous role, I supported property managers by preparing monthly reports, reconciling bank accounts, processing vendor payments, and ensuring financial records were accurate and complete.
